How do I order a replacement card?

You can order a replacement card online. You will be required to register on our website. Once registered, you will then be able to order a replacement card for a nominal charge.

How do I check my current TIPS Status?

You can check your current TIPS status online. You will be required to register on our website. Once registered, you will then be able to search our certification records by entering your last name and the last four digits of your social security number. This information is secure and is used only to verify your certification information.

How much does classroom training cost and how long does a classroom session last?

Our trainers conduct their training independently so the cost of classroom training varies by trainer and location. Sessions are typically four to five hours in length.

Is TIPS available and accepted in my area?

Yes, TIPS is available in your area. Both classroom and online training are available across the country and in most places worldwide, so anyone can be trained in the TIPS program.
